PRICES & VAT
All prices quoted on this website are in Pounds Sterling and are specially discounted rates to suit on-line ordering. Prices are reviewed and amended on a regular basis and may change between enquiry and order stage. Orders placed by other means, ie telephone, fax etc will be more expensive. All prices are subject to VAT at the prevailing rate.
We believe our Compatibility List / Product Finder is the most comprehensive list available and every care was taken in compiling it. However, it is intended as a guide and we cannot accept any liability for error. If you are in doubt, please check with your equipment supplier for confirmation.
All our rolls are described as Width x Diameter and carry a manufacturer’s tolerance +/- 5% on the diameter. Liability will only be accepted if the size falls outside this tolerance.
RETURNS & RESTOCKING CHARGES
Any goods delivered to you as a result of an error by us will be collected by our nominated Courier and replaced by us at our expense.
Items incorrectly ordered by you must be returned at your expense, or alternatively, we can arrange collection by our nominated Courier but this will be at your expense (Approximately £10 per parcel subject to location)
IF YOU WANT TO RETURN GOODS YOU MUST CONTACT US FIRST.
WE WILL PROVIDE YOU WITH A RETURNS NUMBER AND ADDRESS DETAILS.
PLEASE DO NOT RETURN ANY GOODS TO OUR REGISTERED OFFICE AS THERE IS NO FACILITY FOR HANDLING RETURNS AT THAT LOCATION.
IF YOU DO, IT MAY INCUR ADDITIONAL ADMIN / TRANSPORT CHARGES.
A restocking charge is made for items ordered incorrectly
Items returned within 1 week = 5%
Items returned between 7 and 28 days = 20%
Items returned after 28 days = 30%
Items returned must be in a resaleable condition. This includes the outer packing.
Items that are returned in a non-resaleable condition may be subject to further charges of up to 30% depending on the severity of the damage.
Most items are available from stock and for all orders received by 3pm, our aim is to despatch the same day. Delivery is free to all UK Mainland addresses and most locations will receive a next day delivery although some remote areas will take a few days. Off-shore deliveries and special timed deliveries are not a problem but will incur an additional cost. Please contact us before placing your order to agree these details.
If any items are not in stock, we will contact you to let you know when we expect them to be available.
Please ensure your contact and Delivery address details are correct at time of ordering together with any restrictions on delivery timings. It is your responsibility to ensure an authorised person is available to receive and sign for the goods. If nobody is available, the Courier will leave a card and their details for you to contact them and arrange delivery. If no suitable arrangements are made, the Courier will return the goods to us and you will be charged for the delivery both ways. If you no longer require the goods, we will refund the Credit / Debit Card used for the order minus the two delivery charges and the re-stocking charge.
From time to time we may issue vouchers which are redeemable by way of discount from web orders and will not be valid for orders made by any other means. They will be redeemable against one single order for delivery to one address only. Any multiple delivery locations, each one will require its own separate order and voucher.
All payments to Till Roll Depot are handled by Sage Pay or PayPal who are both fully PCI Compliant. Till Roll Depot has no access to your credit / debit card details.
